Aleesha is a professional female bodybuilder who has been gaining recognition in the past quarter of a decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to a sporting family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. played sports like hockey. Aleesha also played various sports such as basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting into bodybuilding, when she was 15 or so. Aleesha received her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was 2008, but she has been competing since 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. In 2015, she remained in the 9th position. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro award, the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix took place in 2020 when she held the fourth position. The "World's Strongest Mom" is taking a medical break.
